![]() VISION Where ever we go to revitalize the
community of believers that have the same heart and souls as the Early
Church of the First Century. We are dedicated to provide an atmosphere
where passion for Jesus (Y'shua), love for one another, compassion for
the poor and lost, freedom in the spirit, growth in character, knowledge
in the scripture and a sense of adventure in spreading the gospel can
flourish. We want to see the best and fullest expression possible of
God’s design for the church.
Meetings, outreaches, and events are filled with the Holy Spirit so that people may experience God's manifested presence in their life. We have countless testimonies to God's amazing power, miracles, and healing in our meetings and outreaches.
As an apostolic and prophetic ministry, we believe in working alongside pastors, teachers, and evangelists. We are best completed when the five-fold ministry is working together in unity. We have close personal ministry friends such as pastors, teachers, apostles, prophets, and evangelists and work with various leaders in ministry for the building of the kingdom of God.
God loves the poor and calls us to minister
to them
Personal Prayer is part of a believer's life
and can be a ministry for others
God is the focus of our praise and our
worship- not performance
Evangelism and discipleship is God’s prime
directive for His church
To perform the honorable duties of a minister such as baptism, marriage, dedications, and funerals upon request. Furthermore, deliverance, healing and miracles as the Lord works. To observe, study, and prepare ourselves by tending to our relationship with God in His times and seasons. We teach and celebrate Shabbat, Pesach, Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Hanukkah, and the Resurrection of our Lord according to the Scriptures. [Not all times and seasons were listed. We moved away from celebrating events with unscriptural or pagan roots.] To write, speak, and educate. These are things that we do. |
DIRECTION The guidance of the Lord in every step of ministry be it a project or taking a break. He knows best and we do our best to follow His lead. We may not always understand, but we know that His ways are higher than our own ways. At most of the meetings, we worship after the speaker. The reason for this is so that the word, which was planted in us, can begin to be worked out in us by going to the Lord right then and communicating with Him in the praise and worship. It also allows us to extend ourselves in worship. If the meeting continues past the time an individual expected to leave the service, they are free to go whenever they want. We preach freedom from sin. We believe in protecting one another from false teachings. We believe approval of actions and acceptance of each person are two different things. Love and truth in action must be a daily reality in our lives. If a person is under a leader that they do not cannot follow, then they shouldn't. If it is a matter or "will not" because of rebellion or jealousy in their heart, they should repent or leave. If a leader is an abuser, tyrant, dictator, manipulator and the like, people should warn as the Apostle Paul did of such wolves. What we just described requires truthfulness, witness, real discernment, and wisdom. We just do not agree with anyone pretending to follow someone when in reality they are not following. We also do not agree with overbearing and controlling leaders who for the sake of their own glory require no accountability. We prefer quality over quantity. We seek to know and work with a quantity of quality people. It makes more sense to us to reach as many people as possible. |
![]() STANDARDS Excellence in the work of the ministry. We believe that men and women may serve in ministry without gender profiling for certain ministry jobs. We desire each Believer in Jesus to grow to their destined and full potential in God as they were created and as God has designed them to be. Also, we do not look to the accumulation of people to spell success, rather the quality of our love comes first at home, at work, in relationships, and at church. Apostolic to us is not a hierarchy or spiritual status symbol; rather it is a description of tasks one must perform. An apostle, for example, sees the "blueprint" for the church and seeks to help the church get on track with the word of God. The apostle preaches the gospel and helps people grow in the Lord. The prophetic ministry encourages and exhorts believers according to the word of God. Seers within the Holy Spirit are to be truthful and on target. Prophesy from the Lord is accurate and comes to pass. The minister who serves in the office of the prophet has certain tasks to complete in the body of believers. Prophets should not speak presumptuously nor lie about what they see or hear. Any sort of force or manipulation used alongside a prophetic ministry is not of the Lord. God respects free-will. Prophets only repeat at the right time what they see and hear from the Lord. If discernment is lacking, the prophet will be also. The Bible is the inspired written word of God
to live by
We are not to be so busy in ministry or any other things that we suffer our relationship with God and family.
We are careful not to promote too soon or too late. We believe in a true mentoring process. Examination of new ministries and organizations is important. We desire to be connected with like heart and like minded people.
Having a "covering" as the term is loosely used in Christian circles as meaning going to a church with a pastor is not enough. We believe in true accountability to God, our families, our spouses, and our community of believers. This is why we teach about confessing sin and seeking repentance with those that are involved.
We do not necessarily endorse or are particularly affiliated with any one church, congregation, or ministry as we work among many from Catholic to Pentecostal. We are able to abide together in love by our common foundational belief in the Apostle's Creed. Beyond that we learn from one another and bridge gaps and lay aside those things that do not matter such as personal preferences. As for our expression of worship, as we are fully aware of our Jewish roots, we prefer to worship as Messianic Believers. |
